OwnPC specializes in building and delivering custom PCs based on customer-selected components. All products are assembled, tested, and packaged with care before delivery.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information such as shipping address, contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for ensuring the selected components meet your needs. Our team will provide guidance, but final selection rests with you.
3. Orders & Payments
Full payment must be made before processing an order. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Delivery
We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary. OwnPC is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
5. Warranty & Returns
- All components come with manufacturer warranty.
- We provide assembly-related support for up to 7 days after delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for defective parts, subject to verification.
- Customized PCs cannot be returned for “change of mind.”
6. Limitation of Liability
OwnPC is not responsible for damages or losses due to improper use, third-party repairs, or modifications after delivery. Performance results may vary depending on usage and software configuration.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for:
- Fraudulent or fake orders
- Unauthorized reselling
- Illegal activities or misuse of hardware/software
8. Changes to Terms
OwnPC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest terms.
